Katriina has been with Tony Kung & Associates since 1997 and continues to enjoy the challenge of bettering condominium communities and the pleasure of working closely with Boards and owners with an emphasis on establishing a sense of community.
Katriina received her Certificate of Bilingualism (French) in 1993, has an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, a Condominium Management and Administration Certificate, with Honours, from Humber College, and has been a designated Registered Condominium Manager in good standing since 2003.
Her wealth of knowledge and expertise are an asset to any condominium corporation, and our existing clients appreciate her visible management style of being easily accessible and frequently present on-site.
Tracy came to KÜNG in 2007 after working as a Law Clerk in the real estate field for over 15 years. Her legal background and knowledge of Condominiums have been a great asset in her dealings and communications with Corporations, Boards & Owners.
Responsible for maintaining both physical and on-line records for all of our Corporations, Tracy develops and maintains both our administrative and computer systems to continually improve service levels to all our clients, as well as ensure information provided by all staff is disbursed in the most efficient manner, and in accordance with new regulations under the Condominium Act, 1998.
Tracy is also our ACMO 2000 Team Leader and is currently working towards obtaining her RCM designation from ACMO.
Melissa joined the KÜNG accounting team in 2019, and her extensive experience in customer services in the residential property management and property maintenance sector enabled Melissa to progressed rapidly in the organization, specializing in condominium financial reporting and control.
Melissa is the Manager of the KÜNG accounting team, where she oversees the Accounts Payable team, ensuring accurate and prompt payment of invoices, as well as the Accounts Receivable team, implementing reasonable and effective collection procedures which have been instrumental in keeping arrears low.
Melissa also works together with other department Managers to continually review our strict systems of control and ensuring compliance with our ACMO 2000 policies, resulting in accurate and timely financial reporting to Boards and auditors.
