In accordance with the Condominium Act, a Status Certificate may be obtained from our office upon receipt of a written request and payment of the required fee.
We are pleased to offer the following options for requesting your Status Certificate:
OPTION 1: IN-PERSON REQUEST
(Forms may be obtained from Head Office or Site Office, where applicable)
Upon receipt of a written request and payment of $100.00 (by cash or certified cheque payable to KÜNG Property Management), delivered to our office (or site office where applicable) the Status Certificate package will be provided in 10 days, in accordance with the requirements of the Condominium Act.
Upon receipt of a written request and payment of $200.00 (by cash or certified cheque payable to KÜNG Property Management), delivered to our office (or site office where applicable), our office will provide the Status Certificate in 5 business days. For requests received after 1:00 p.m., the 5-day timeframe will commence the next business day.

OPTION 2: ON-LINE REQUEST
We are pleased to offer an on-line request option for both our regular and rush services. On-line requests will not be processed until payment is confirmed. If you wish to request and pay for your Status Certificate electronically, please click below:
** Please note an administrative fee will be charged in addition to the above noted fees when utilizing this service, which is the responsibility of the person requesting the Status Certificate and non-refundable. The current total fees for an on-line request are $152.60 for delivery in 10 days OR $252.60 for delivery in 5 business days.
